At Barefoot Junkie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
